Enterprise Technology Integration student at Penn State, working where business strategy meets the systems that run it — AI governance, project delivery, and process automation.
Developed and managed software solutions and digital business operations, supporting cross functional IT and business initiatives. Collaborated with IT team members and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational goals.
Analyzed core banking systems and third party vendor integrations for a simulated regional bank to identify single points of failure and risk exposure. Co built a Work Breakdown Structure in MS Project and contributed to a twelve item risk register spanning six categories. Helped design a risk scoring tool and presented mitigation recommendations to bank leadership stakeholders.
Evaluated three enterprise AI systems used across underwriting, claims, and fraud detection for governance maturity and organizational readiness. Identified that a declining override rate on the underwriting model reflected eroding reviewer judgment rather than genuine model improvement, the strongest analytical finding in the group submission. Produced an AI Readiness Map placing the organization on a five stage AI integration maturity model with supporting evidence.
Built a webhook based automation connecting a web intake form, a task management platform, and a team messaging tool to eliminate manual handoffs between systems. Designed a Python integration layer using REST APIs to automatically create and route tasks from incoming requests.
Built a Python tool that scores trader performance on prediction markets by both edge and position sizing, isolating genuine predictive skill from luck or crowded positions. Applied statistical filtering to flag small sample sizes that can distort a simple profit based leaderboard.
